Nelson killed it on staying on top of the sale and making sure we got the best price possible. Needless to say she was able to work it under market value and what a great piece of property for my Brando to be built. I would have not asked for a better agent to help with this deal. She is super helpful and was willing to go out of her way to satisfy many of my concerns about purchasing the undeveloped land. She called the city on my behalf to ask about zoning, etc. Even after the purchase was finalized, she stayed with me until the final document was signed! She is also very honest and knowledgeable about the fort myers area. Would definitely recommend to others and would take her up on other projects in the future!
